We use Canada Post to ship your orders with delivery time varies from 5 to 10 days. A flat rate of $15 for orders under $150 before taxes is charged with destinations in Metro Vancouver. Orders over $150 will enjoy free shipping.

You are welcome to place your order online and pick up at our clinic without any shipping charges.

Returns
退货
We are glad to offer a full refund for returned products with 30 days of receiving your order. The returned goods must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packages. Shipping charges for returned products will be borne by the clients. Please contact us by email at info@beautouch.ca for the return procedures. If your purchase is paid with gift cards, the refund will be made to the same gift card without refund being made in cash.
